If you wish to pay by cash or check, please contact our reservation agents in advance for instructions. Our Villas in Key West rates are subject to sales tax of 12.5%. A deposit of 50% is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is due upon arrival. Minimum stay requirements may be in effect. Cancellations prior to 30 days are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 30 days.
Key West Holidays and Special Events
Higher rates and minimum stay requirements may apply during special events and holidays. These events include, but are not limited to, Fantasy Fest, Christmas, New Year’s, Parrothead, Hemingway Days, Sailboat Races, Powerboat races, all National holidays, etc. A deposit of 50% is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is due upon arrival. Cancellations prior to 60 days, or 90 days for Fantasy Fest, will result in a $50 fee or greater. Cancellations for these events in less than 60 days, or 90 days for Fantasy Fest, results in a forfeiture of your deposit.
Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express are accepted. Checks with prior approval are accepted. We require an active credit card to be kept on file. There is a $50 fee for all returned checks.
You are welcome to bring guests, occupancy permitting, and is strictly enforced. Villa Porta, Villa Rosa, Villa Vista and Villa Alta have a maximum occupancy of 4. Villa Aqua has a maximum occupancy of 4, and Villa Grande has a maximum occupancy of 6. Pak ‘n Play travel cribs are provided upon request for an additional one-time fee of $25.
Check-in and check-out process
The office is located at the Old Town Manor at 511 Eaton St. The front desk is open from 8 A.M. to 7 P.M. daily. Check-in is available after 4 P.M. If you are checking in after 7 P.M. or have special needs, let us know in advance. When booking your room, please provide us with your cell phone number, arrival times and flights. Check-out is promptly at 10 A.M.
Your Villa is equipped with basic cleaning supplies for the occasional spill or accident. Please make sure to keep the house reasonably clean to avoid pests and critters that are common to South Florida. You are expected to leave the property without damage, dirty dishes, or undisposed garbage. Failure to do so will result in additional cleaning fees which will be charged to the credit card on file. Any excess damages may incur additional fees.
We offer limited parking for $15 – $25 nightly on a first-come, first-serve basis. A car is not necessary in Key West, as most attractions are walking or biking distance from our excellent location. If you are renting a car, consider returning the car upon arrival to Key West.
Pet Friendly Villas
Dogs are welcome guests at our Villas in Key West. There is a one time fee of $50 for the first dog and $25 for each additional dog. All pets must be leashed, housebroken, people-friendly, non-aggressive, and quiet. Dogs must be crated when left alone in the room. Large dog crate available upon request for a one-time fee of $10. Excessive damages due to non-housebroken behavior will be charged to the credit card on file. We reserve the right to refuse service to guests with a disruptive dog with no refund on outstanding nights. Read more about our pet friendly Key West vacation rentals.
We are a non-smoking facility. For the health and safety of all guests, smoking is not permitted inside the Villas or in the common pool area. Use of drugs is not allowed and is strictly enforced. Guests are allowed to smoke on their private porches and decks, with the exception of Villa Aqua and Villa Vista. If evidence of smoking, drug use or associated odors are found, a minimum fine of $200 will be charged to the credit card on file. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
We reserve the right to refuse accommodations including bachelor/ette parties and Spring Breakers. Should we refuse accommodations we do not offer refunds for deposit and outstanding nights.
Inclement weather/Medical issues
We do not offer refunds on deposits or trips canceled due to bad weather, regardless of a snow storm up north or a hurricane in the south. We also cannot offer refunds due to medical reasons or inconveniences. We strongly suggest using a travel insurance company for a few extra dollars to ensure peace of mind.
No glass is allowed at the swimming pool. Guests may swim at your own risk. The pool is heated up to approximately 80 degrees. Management is not responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money or valuables of any kind.
We can accept packages on behalf of our guests within 7 days of arrival. We require signature receipt upon delivery. The package MUST be addressed to the name of the guest whose name is on the reservation. If the name does not match our reservation, we will refuse delivery for security purposes. There is a $10 handling fee per package under 25 pounds. Over sized packages may also be received, but will incur additional fees.
